Calabasas, CA, July 1, 2006
- In cooperation with Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT), TeamScope Software
today announced that its OutlookCRM product is being renamed to
TeamScope CRM
for Outlook.
"By renaming our Outlook-based CRM product, we are positioning
ourselves for a broader future, one that will allow us to expand
our product line beyond Microsoft Outlook and Exchange," said Phil
Seeman, President of TeamScope. "While our primary platform will
always include these Microsoft platforms, with the importance
of Personal Digital Assistants, scalable databases, integration
with VoIP systems, and emerging Internet technologies, our
customers need us to be prepared for a more diverse future."
In conjunction with this announcement, TeamScope has made available
a new TeamScope CRM service pack which is fully compatible with
existing OutlookCRM licenses. It is important for existing
customers to note that installing and upgrading to this new service
pack is not required at this time, and that the primary change in
this service pack is the product renaming, with only a handful of
additional bug fixes included. More details on this service
pack are available at
