TeamScope Releases TeamScope CRM 5.0

Calabasas, CA, December 3, 2007 - TeamScope Software, Inc., a leading provider of CRM and workflow solutions for Microsoft's Outlook and Exchange, today announced the release of TeamScope CRM 5.0, the latest release of its flagship Customer Relationship Management system for Microsoft Outlook and Exchange. Outlook 2007 Support
TeamScope CRM 5.0 fully integrates with Outlook 2007 and adds TeamScope CRM's convenient ribbon bar to make it even easier to work with TeamScope CRM when creating e-mail's, appointments, tasks and managing opportunities.

PDA and Personal Folder Synchronization
TeamScope CRM 5.0 supports bi-directional synchronize of information stored in TeamScope CRM with your personal Outlook folders allowing users to synchronize this personal information with PDAs and mobile devices that support Outlook synchronization. Changes that you make to your personal Outlook items, either directly from Outlook or via your PDA or compatible mobile device, are automatically synchronized with the TeamScope CRM data stored in Exchange Public Folders.

New Opportunity Manager
The new TeamScope CRM Opportunity Manager adds another dimension to Outlook, making it easy to organize e-mails, appointments, tasks, phone calls and documents by sales opportunity without ever leaving Outlook. By making full use of Outlook's custom form capability, users can extend the TeamScope CRM Opportunity Manager to track external and internal business processes by  using the included sample forms for Customer Service Requests, Projects, Travel Authorizations, Vacation Requests and Document Reviews.
