Improving Personal Productivity Using Outlook
In one of our previous issues, we featured a set of tips on how to improve your personal productivity using Microsoft Outlook by productivity expert and TeamScope partner Phil Seeman. That article was so popular that we asked Phil to provide us more information on how you can use Outlook to improve your personal productivity and reduce your stress level.
Fortunately for us he has agreed to make available for free his 68-page Special Report: Improving Personal Productivity Using Outlook. This comprehensive report describes in detail with step-by-step instructions an effective method for improving your productivity, and even better, how you can implement this approach in Microsoft Outlook.
For a limited time you can download this report at no cost from this link:
Improving Your Personal Productivity with Outlook Hurry since this offer will not last long! Are next year’s holidays on your Outlook Calendar? If not, Outlook has an option to import the holidays for your country automatically. To reach this option go to: Tools-> Options…-> button Calendar Options…-> button Add Holidays… If you don't see any holidays in 2010 you'll have to update your holiday definitions from one of these links:
For holidays beyond 2012 you can download this file. It includes holiday information from 2009 up to 2028. See http://www.msoutlook.info/question/383 for more details on updating holidays in Outlook. Will my add-ins work with Outlook 2010 Beta? From our friends at SlipStick: “I mentioned
this a few weeks ago but it’s worth reminding users: Do not install the beta
on a mission critical machine and do not install the 64-bit version of Office
2010 if you need to use add-ins or applications that access Outlook data.
This includes sync software for PDAs and Smartphones. Add-ins will need to be
rewritten and compiled as 64bit add-ins before they will work in the 64-bit
build of Outlook. 50GB of online storage for FREE
