Without this fix you can send an e-mail from the shared mailbox, but the sent item is not saved in the shared mailbox, so other users of the mailbox (your boss perhaps?) cannot see that an item was sent. http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?kbid=972148 Note: This fix involves making a change to the Windows Registry and you need to be extremely careful whenever changing the Windows Registry.
