Folders in Outlook, you can use the synchronization software
included with your PDA or mobile phone to maintain your CRM

CRM information, or a subset that you
choose, is available on your Pocket PC, Palm, Blackberry, or other
handheld, using your normal synchronization process.

pre-formatted templates, in text or HTML format, for use in e-mail
replies, mass mailings, etc. Templates support a sophisticated
field mail merge capability as well.
Used in conjunction with Exchange public
folder security, this feature allows you to establish several
independent workgroups so that unauthorized users in one group
cannot see information in the other groups.

TeamWork tasks are automatically
linked to the contact and company records and are accessible from
the View Activities and Linked Items features.

and ScanSoft's PaperPort Deluxe, so your Word and scanned documents
