Requirements
 
Client-Side System Requirements
TeamScope CRM™ for Outlook® operates directly inside the Microsoft Outlook application (using Microsoft's "COM add-in" technology). It is supported on any Windows PC that runs Outlook 2003 or later. 

Server-Side System Requirements

TeamScope CRM™ for Outlook® does not install any software on your Microsoft Exchange server and therefore functions with any version of Exchange. This approach makes management and administration of the product very simple, and allows you to plan your Exchange product upgrades without additional concern for TeamScope product support.
Technical Requirements - TeamScope CRM™ for Outlook®
  • Windows Version: NT, 2000, XP, or Vista
  • Outlook Version: Outlook 2003, or Outlook 2007.
    (Support for Outlook 2000 and 2002 is available upon request)
    Outlook Express is not supported.
  • Microsoft Exchange Server: All version of Microsoft Exchange Server (including Exchange running in a hosted ASP environment)
NOTE: Only U.S. English implementations of Windows, Outlook, and Exchange are officially supported; however, we have users successfully running our software in other-language installations.
